Telephone Consultations
(for existing clients only)
Sometimes, what may appear like a ‘quick question’ often turns out to be far more in depth than you may think! Yes, there are some training concerns that can be covered in less than 10 minutes and if you are a client who is currently attending classes or undertaking a private training or behavioural package, I am of course, very happy to answer any basic questions and provide you with telephone support free of charge - as long as the concern is related to your current training.
However, should your concern require more than 10 minutes discussion, then a paid telephone consultation may need to be considered. These telephone consultations are beneficial if you need a little more comprehensive support, want to check that you are still on the right track or need extra guidance/advice but not necessarily require a full hours’ private training or behavioural appointment. Please note though, that a telephone consultation may not always be appropriate and if this is the case, I will suggest a full private training or behavioural appointment.
Once I know what your concern is regarding, I’ll let you know how long your telephone consultation is likely to take. I’ll then confirm our agreed appointment and send payment instructions by email. I’ll call you at the agreed time.
This service is only open to existing clients as I am unable to give professional advice about a dog that I haven’t encountered before.
